Hi,
I developed a kleo template site and looks great on laptops and computers. Unfortunately there is an issue with mobile devices, where images, boxes, texts, are not properly visualized. Please check screenshots attached.

I’m sorry but that is not the issue. Please see attachments to compare the error. There is attachment file “MacBook” which is right and attachment and attachment “iPad 3” which is showing the issue.

Did you have builded that using visual composer ? If yes most sure you will have to play with responsive options under column settings

Just i’ve tried to look at your website using an iPad device but isn’t reachable at all.
So the only way to test that it’s the next: you will have to provide to me entire shortcode page and to add it on my local kleo install to can test live that issue.
I don’t think it’s related to new devices that error maybe it’s a specific setting that causes that.
