Issue with post carousel

My post carousel seems to only be displaying video posts, and not others, is there a way to resolve this?

Hello, the shortcode [kleo_posts_carousel limit="3" post_formats="all"] In Post Formats, use ALL so it will show all posts

Hello, what you can do is add the post format you want to show, like [kleo_posts_carousel limit=”6″ post_formats=”video,image,all”]

change Video,image,all with each format of your posts

This still isin’t working. Even with the demo content it appears the only posts that will display on the homepage are video’s and image sliders.

Yes I deactivated all, even the suggested plugins, and still the same issue.
