Issue with Profile Fields

Hi Team:

I have followed one of you videos to set-up profile fields using plugins:

1. BP Xprofile Member Type Field

2. BuddyPress Member Type Generator

I have installed the Kleo Theme on Multisite (hub.trainedat.com).

I have added a field “expertise” which show member type ” Mentor” in the drop down.

However, it is showing blank and not displaying any member type.

Please help me in resolving this issue.

P.S. Extended profile component in Buddypress is enabled.

Below are the credentials for admin panel:

User: trainedat
Password: a12b3d4e5!@#

It is a multisite set-up. Kleo is hosted on hub.trainedat.com.

Please check now,it should be ok

The problem was caused by lack of singular slug for that type, see attached screenshot.

The singular label was missing ,i’ve added it, now it’s shown in dropdown.
