Issues Next page Members Page

I just launched my site and I have 13 new members. Whenever you go to the members page you see only 12 members. If you click on the second page. It loads and loads and never changes. Also, the site is extremely slow whenever with this theme. Your demo theme is super fast. I have tested with other themes and it loads fast. It is only with your theme that takes forever to load.

I have checked twice and that jquery file never comes up only the images saying not found.. Also I have waited 1hr for it to switch to the second page on an iPhone 5.. How can this be possible… Please help me on this..

The phone issue is now fixed after doing some tweaking.

I have done some fixes now. The site is loading faster. Now the issue is with rtmedia. Whenever you open an image it takes forever to open the image.. Do you recommend to have the buddypress album enabled instead?? Can you help me with this..

Also, some images are not showing up for some reason.. for example the one I attached. One of the images this user uploaded is not showing app.. Is the second one on the list… Why is this.. We have not done any changes or removed files.

I have actually verified and it is not only one user is multiple users that are facing this issue. Most of their images can be displayed but some do not..
