Issues with Embeds on Activity Stream

Hi,

When I post in my main activity stream a URL from YouTube (or any other supported oEmbed provider, or even from the same website), instead of actual embedded video it embeds my Members page.

The same works fine in group activity streams.

It also works fine on any page/post.

 

Any ideas?
