Issues with members and uploading files

Dear Kleo team,

Great work, big fan!

We have two issues cause by the theme, a. the members list when you change the order by to view by date for example or change page, the ajax changes the page but the members are not viewable. Whats peculiar is that when you hover your cursor you can see that the members are there, they just seem to loose all styling (become ghosts :)). b. when we are trying to upload a file/image on the members activity page, an error always comes up.

 

Please help.

I cant load your site. Its timing out.

But in my experience, both of those issues are caused by jquery errors. Look for plugin conflicts by disabling everything except VC, BP, K-elements and BP Cover (if you have that installed). Test those pages again. If they now work, then enable the other plugins one-by-one being sure to test the pages again after each one. You’ll be able to identify the conflicting plugin that way.

We get this error, which might be to do with permissions on the server side.

Was able to get to your site now, but the credentials you’ve supplied dont work.

Looks like error is from buddypress activity plus? You can test that with the WP 2015 Theme enabled. My guess is that you’re correct in thinking its a permissions issue.

As for the members directory, I cant see what’s going on without working credentials.
