Issues with Plugins

Good Day,

I purchased a Kleo Theme from themeforest and I have downloaded all documentation and theme files. I have then uploaded the theme files through FTP and got the theme working on my site. However, there are few issues.

1. None of the plugins licenses that I installed through the theme are activated, so no updates for the plugins, like Visual Composer, Revslider, etc… when I go to Visual Composer it is still asking me to activate it, the same for revslider.

2. My visual composer doesnt function properly, especially when I open the Text Editor, the options for text editing have dissapeared and now only have the classic view/code for text editing.  I have removed the plugin, reinstalled it, updated the theme and all of that but still cannot get it working.

Can you perhaps login to my wordpress admin and attend to these issues and make sure that all is working and activated as they should. I am really struggling with the plugins and theme, not sure if everything is 100% configured even though I used your manuals.

Please its urgent.
