Issues with slider background on different machines

Hi I am experiencing some issues with the Revolution Slider section not displaying correctly on all devices. I have attached a screenshot of the issues experiencing on one machine in IE.

This is appearing fine on my screen in all browsers, so proving difficult to fix. Could you therefore advise if you know of a way that I can resolve this?

Hi, That could be also related to the height of the slider you set in your Revolution slider settings
Also you can add this CSS and change the height value to match you slider height:
