Issues with SweetDate Website

Hi,

I recently built my own website using your theme and I’m encountering a number of issues which are affecting the users of my site.

The first issue is that the mobile theme is directly affecting the web version of the site. The menu bar along the top keeps displaying incorrectly (please see image attached).

Secondly, not all of my members are appearing on the site. I’m unsure as to why this is but a large portion of them are not displayed in the results.

Is there any way to tidy up the mobile version of the site? from a mobile device the site currently looks quite messy and confusing!

Some assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, that is because of custom css, did you add your own styles?
About the members, only members that logged at least once will appear

Hi Laura,

The only custom css I’ve added is to change the menu font size.

With regards to members, when using the member locator functionality should only active members be displayed? Because there are presently 40 members on my site yet only 17 are displayed on the /members page

Hello, please share admin credentials so i can check out the css.
For members, they need to be logged in at least once to appear, for example, an user registers but never logs in, then he wont appear, he needs to log in at least once
