Hi back again ….sorry but this time I tried the site in a different Theme and it worked, so Im thinking its something not right with the Kleo that Ive missed doing.
In short items purchased off the preview or the actual product page do not show up in the cart icon [number] and the dropdown says nothing here but if you order something from the page that has all products goods show up and anything previously ordered via the other way then appear as well.
As normally done some screen saves as this is a tricky one to try and explain

I see the problem on your site and i’ve tried to reproduce this issue on my install with latest kleo theme and the bundled plugins.
Do you have made some php changes in child theme ? if you disable Kleo Child Theme and leave active only Kleo parent
Also try also with all plugins deactivated.

Okay no joy still:-
Do you have made some php changes in child theme ? yes they were made by Laura for us.if you disable Kleo Child Theme and leave active only Kleo parent tried this with plugins turned off no good, problem still there.
Also try also with all plugins deactivated.tried this in Child Theme and Parent theme and still not working right.

Do you have tried to update theme to latest version 4.0.6 and also the afferent plugins ? from Wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins, most important is to update plugins Visual Composer,K-elements and REvolution Slider, also look if after update you have an update available for woocommerce
Let me know after you do all of these

on your theme its working….
Did you check with Laura about the changes she made for us, incase she can shine some light on this problem ???

Laura has made for you only CSS that have nothing to do with your problem, there seems to be a js problem that can be caused by some plugin or some misconfiguration, if you have maded php code modifications in child.
If you leave only these plugins activated : Woocommerce,k-elements,visual composer and revolution slider you still are able to reproduce that ? and also try with child theme deactivated.
