jQuery is not defined on login page

jQuery is not defined on login page.
On login page jquery has added after fb script which required jquery.

Tested with fresh WP, no plugin, just use theme or child theme, specify Facebook API app id logout from wp and check the console.

If you try on install with php 5 you can reproduce that ?

Just an update to the comment above, its actually working now again. I tried turning off the facebook login feature and that seemed to fix the issue, but i think it was actually related to wprocket plugins caching feature, i.e. i cleared the cache and that seemed to fix it. I have set my max cache time to 2 hrs in an attempt to fix the issue. If it does break again it should only be for a couple hours.

make sure to unzip it first
