Greetings Team.
Love the template. This is the best I’ve ever seen.I was wondering if you ever ran into this error:
Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. Developers: Please make sure that you're including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.
I saw it during a checkout test on my attempts at WooCommerce in your theme.
Do you know if I have a setting missing or something?Screenshot provided. Thanks much

March 19, 2015 at 00:03 #50767arcee123ParticipantThank you very much for paying attention to me as being a new individual.
We contacted the simplify desk for credit card testing.
Thomas shellberg (WooThemes) stated there’s a checkout template issue or a Jquery problem.Since you are using the following:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://ifthq.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.1′></script>
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’http://ifthq.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=1.2.1′></script>My assumption is the checkout template.
Can you assist?
Thanks.<quote>

Hi Russ,
There appears to be an issue with your theme; I tested a payment with the default WordPress theme and it worked with a test card:
Your theme is either using an outdated/corrupted template override Checkout file, or it’s including an old version of jQuery or something.
You won’t see the order in your Simplify Account as I was temporarily using my own API credentials, but it also failed with my own credentials when using your Kleo theme.
I would let the theme developer know about this so it can be corrected. Thanks!

March 25, 2015 at 18:57 #51518AbeKeymasterIf you are using KLEO 2.4.1 then it should be compatible with latest Woocommerce. From what I see in the message it is just a notice to check if you have JS errors and not that you actually have errors.
Also you seem to have test mode enabled… maybe is related to that.
Try to look in your browser for Javascript errors and maybe you find some.
Cheers

I have tried this on 7 other themes, no issue. Once I use this theme, I am unable to process transactions. Any solutions?
