jQuery not working

Hi,

We’ve been having an issue with jquery cause it seems like it’s not working when we put the code in: Theme Options > General Settings > Javascript code, it’s not doing its thing and then when we check it on the browser it’s outputting the code below the footer.

Basically, it’s not parsing it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
