K-elements and Visual composer not uppating

Hello I have problems updating Kleo automatically as I have to do it manually, more over, I cannot update K-ELEMENTS, VISUAL COMPOSER and other Kleo plugins, apparently, it is a problem of Url,

Is it because I changed URL?

Looks like your install is missing the following files

wp-content/themes/kleo-9/lib/inc/k-elements.zip
wp-content/themes/kleo-9/lib/inc/js_composer.zip

It could be that you changed the directory to kleo-9. Go to kleo-9/lib/inc and see if those files are there. If so, then try changing the directory name to /kleo. If they are not there, copy them there.

Regarding creating a forum or group from the profile. That’s correct. You cant. Buddypress has never allowed you to do that.

I tried to reinstall from envato but it is still the same problem. And I have an error downloading a new kleo file. And I tried to delete oleo and redowload it in my wp dashboard… not working.

The ftp server is wrong.

Did you look for those files as I asked? Did you try renaming kleo-9 to kleo?

like i said it is what i did but as I showed you on the image below the kleo file redownloaded from envato is wrong, there is nothing I can do. and the page is blank

You dont need to upload all the files. Just the zip files in /lib/inc.

The blank page was solved by going to Appearance > Themes and selecting Kleo instead of Kleo 9

You dont need to upload everything. You already have Kleo 3.1.3 installed. All that is missing is the zip files in /lib/inc. I’ve added them.

Could you please send me Kleo file as I had to delete the theme. And there is an error on the one I have in envato. Like I said earlier on I cannot upload oleo file in wordpress or in my ftp file.
