    Is there a way to keep the side menu open even after a user clicks elsewhere on the page?

    Okay, what I ended up doing was adding this code to my child theme js file:

    COPY CODE
                // turn off events initiated by KLEO.header.sideMenu
                $(".kleo-page").off("click");
