Hi

Please forward it to your developer Mr Radu ..who is helping us to solve the issue. Since the old tickets gets sorted according to age our latest complaint is not seen. Hence the new ticket.

Kindly respond ASAP.

Below are the response to the ticket raised

1. Try to de-activate child theme, re-upload parent theme files ( but backup before if you r developers had made changes in parent ) re-upload buddypress files over the existing one.

– we had de-activated child theme and re-uploaded parent theme files but the issue was not solved. Now, we have de-activated the parent theme and re-uploaded the original purchased theme, the facebook login is functioning now.

2. Tried to login with my Facebook account and works correctly as it should!

Left side Facebook login is already working fine, but in the header section login and register page Facebook login is not working

3. Just registered a new account and the activation email never comes, then i’ve checked in wp-admin -> users -> pending, and it looks like the email was sent but i haven’t receive it, this can means the the emails aren’t send by the wordpress , buddypres or server

Try to use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ play with the settings there.

– We have used above mention plugin but still not received any mail. Please find attachment of smtp-success.png

We have also tested php email function then received email. Please find the attachment of success.png. Means server emails are working fine.

Note: Now we are working on the original parent theme
