Hi, I’m starting an online community using Kleo, Buddypress, bbpress and Paid Membership Pro. I need a security plugin to keep it save from spammers so I downloaded and activated iThemes Security as it is one of the most recommended plugins. A few moments later the website became incredibly slow and timed out and gave me 500 error messages. I noticed a ticket from over a year ago that Kleo conflicts with iThemes and we should use Cleantalk (https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/ithemes-security-plugin-conflict), can you please let me know if this is still true? iThemes has more features than Cleantalk so I would prefer to use it if possible. I don’t have a security plugin now and need one desperately.
