Within the last week, the stripe gateway plugin from woocommerce has stopped displaying when users are logged into our site at http://www.clubfitzfitness.com/ and they navigate to the “checkout” page. In addition, those who are on renewing subscriptions are no longer being renewed. I am not sure if the problem is related between the two, but there is still a theme conflict somewhere regarding displaying the stripe payment options on the checkout page.

December 10, 2015 at 19:12 #92459AndreiModeratorI have tested on my local install and there isn’t any issue from the theme related to have several gateways at checkout and there is no issues selecting them.
Usually such problems comes from the custom gateways itself.
I have tested your checkout, the standalone one that you can access when you’re not a member, I see strip works well, but it was supposed to be any other gateway active in there beside stripe ? Are you sure all your gateway settings are correct ?
After I’ve logged in I see that the cart and checkout pages are moved and integrated as part of user profile, and here the checkout gateways don’t appear.
This issue is related to the plugin that you’ve used to integrate woocommerce into your buddypress profile and it’s not related to the theme.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Cheers

December 11, 2015 at 19:33 #92711dishycreativeParticipantWe only use Stripe as our payment gateways. It makes sense that it would be a plugin issue related to BuddyPress. Just can’t figure out which plugin
December 11, 2015 at 19:44 #92717AndreiModeratorYes, normally the woocommerce checkout page should be a standalone page, not integrated in your buddypress profile, check if your plugin has any option to exclude the checkout page from this profile integration.
Cheers
