KLEO, Buddpress, BBpress, and more are not showing up in Appearance > Menus

Hi,

I just purchased my 2nd KLEO theme for a new website I am building. When I go to Appearance > Menus I don’t have any KLEO options or Buddypress options. It seems MANY other options are missing, too.

I previously purchased a theme with you guys and I uploaded it to my website yesterday for initial testing. Today when I started buidling it, I bought another license key for the site. So I now have one for each website I have.

I am wondering if this issue is caused by a duplicate purchase code. When I bought the 2nd copy of theme I deactivated it and deleted it from my site. I uploaded the new theme file I purchased, but it seemed to retain some previous settings.

To to Appearance > Menus. Click on Screen Options located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
