Kleo-Child Won’t Activate

Hello,

I’ve tried a couple of different ways to do this (through FTP, WP, and KLEO Welcome) and keep getting the same error: “The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, kleo, before you can use this child theme.”

KLEO is installed and functioning.  I’ve also registered it.

Here’s some sample output from the WP Theme installer:
