Kleo Demo Themes As Page Templates

Hello,

Are the various themes demonstrated in the Theme Forest Demo (see attached pic) available as Page Templates in the WP Editor (see attached pic)?

I would like to use the page designs you created in the demo themes as page templates for different parts of my website.

They dont work that way. You can import the demo pages via WP Admin > Appearance > Demo Data
