Kleo Header

I think I may have deleted the very top small header menu and am not able to figure out how to control the contents of it. If you look in the photo both headers have the same information. I would like the very top one to have pages I choose to go there and the second larger one to have categories.

As you will see I have the KleoNavMenu but I believe I may have deleted the other, I think it was the KleoTopMenu or something. Is there a way of getting that back and controlling its height, text size etc?

Hello, make sure you did not disable it at Theme Options > Header
The content is at Appearance > Menu
