Kleo install error

When installing the Kleo theme plugin to my WordPress site I get the following message:-

 

 

Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

 

 

When I click on please try again link the same thing happens time after time.

 

 

I have uninstalled the 2 WP plugins (deleted them) and it still happens. This is a new site, I installed WordPress and then tried to install this theme

 

 

Then I was going to try FTP but when extracting the Kleo theme I got the following message;

 

Error 0x800010135: Path too long

ui-bg_highlight-soft_75_cccccc_1x100
Type: PNG File
date modified: 9108/2017 11:57 AM
Size: 101 Type: PNG File

My hosting site meets all the requirements –

 

– the latest version of WordPress

– PHP memory limit set to 128MB

 

 

 

 

Can I please get a working copy?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you’re having issue with uploading the theme. From the information you have provided it seems like a host level error – can you try downloading the ‘Installable WordPress file only’ from ThemeForest, extract the contents locally and upload manually into /wp-content/themes/kleo/ via FTP and let me know if this works please.
