KLEO install fails

I am trying to install the KLEO theme and when I navigate and select the Kleo.zip file within the overall zip I get taken to a screen that simply says “Are you sure you want to do this?”

When I click please try again I am ported back to the initial Ad Themes (Browse) screen with Choose File presented again.

Please help!!!
