KLEO integration with sensei and membership-shopping cart plugins

Hi there,

I have KLEO theme.  I am using buddypress and Sensei and i need to add membership recurrent payments and standalone products so I want to add a shopping cart. I see the template brings Woocommerce (for shopping cart) and Paid membership Pro plugin. Questions:

1. Why 2 different plugins to handle shopping cart and membership?

2. Can Woocomerce membership and shopping cart plugins integrate with KLEO, Sensei, buddypress and BBpress  using the login/out pages from KLEO?

3. Can membership Pro integrate with  KLEO, Sensei, buddypress and BBpress  with membership and shopping cart?
