KLEO is breaking parts of Mooberry Book plugin

Hi,

I have installed a copy of Mooberry Books and at first it seemd to work just fine with KLEO. But Mooberry is generating taxonomy based book grids for genre, tags, editors and more. And those are broken.

I disabled all other plugins: no result.

I changed to another them: Mooberry works a charm.

Change back to KLEO: Mooberry broken again.

Any idea what I can do?

Hi Radu,
just double checked with Twenty Fifteen, Sixteen and Seventeen. They all work.

I have been in touch with Christie at Mooberry and we were wondering how to get here access to Kleo so she could have a look. I could set up a wordpress site for her with admin access but maybe it would be easier if you get in contact with her directly: http://www.mooberrydreams.com/contact/

How are they broken? What’s the difference between the plugin running thru kleo and running thru a default theme, I need to know more details more than “broken”, please describe in details what it’s happens
I recommend you to put the install somewhere online, maybe it will be needed to take a closer look at that.

I saw that, using kleo template the author link http://www.zinzino.rocks/editor/billyboy/ it’s not displayed the book, please leave there the FTP login credentials in a private reply to can take a closer look at that

Huh, don’t know where the http:// came from for the ftp address. In any case it’s without it.

Please have a look now, it displays as it should,

I’ve installed the child theme on the site and I’ve added the content.php file into it and replacing the kleo_excerpt by the_content() function at line 69.

your customer reviews certainly are right. Your support is awesome. Thanks for that.

Slight pickle with the current fix: The tax grids usually don’t show the meta tags. Same for the ‘continue reading’ button. Meta tags are the minor issue. Clicking the button produces and error though. I guess both could be fixed with css display:none one way or another. Not sure if my css is good enough to only disable those two on the Mooberry tax grids without affecting the rest of wordpress.

Just realized that I installed WordPress in German. Does that work for you or should I install in English or find a plugin that will change the backend to English?
