Kleo is ignoring the order status

Hi,
I’ve set a payment gateway by check in Paid Membership Pro.
When a user buy a pack by check, Paid Membership Pro creates an order and set his status to “pending” until the user makes the payment.
While the order is pending, Paid Membership Pro validation does’t allow the user to access protected content of that pack because his status is pending.
I’ve noticed that the validation in (Theme options -> Membership) is ignoring the status of the order and allows the user to have access to the features of the pack without paying it (while the order is pending).
The authors of Kleo theme forgot to validate the order status or I’m missing something?

Hi, here is PMPRO response:

“Are you on the latest versions of the Pay by Check addon (.3.1) and PMPro (1.8.2.2)? If not try upgrading to the latest versions and see if that fixes things. Otherwise, try deactivating your plugins one by one and/or switching to a default WordPress theme to see if you can isolate the problem. If that doesn’t help, let us know.”

The problem isn’t the Pay by Check addon or the PMPro plugin. They work just fine.
The problem is the Kleo Theme options -> Memberships validations that are ignoring the order status and validate the pack before the order is approved.

Hi there, our added theme options only work with the provided PMPRO functions and if the pmpro function tells it is a paid members then it does not restrict it.
Have you trying restricting a page and using the default WP theme and applying for a membership paid by cheque? Then see if you can access that page?

We also asked PMPRO and waiting for an answer

Yes, I’ve tried to restrict a page with default WP theme and Kleo theme and everything works as expected. The user can’t access the page because his order is pending.
The problem is the Kleo validation (Theme options -> Memberships) that is ignoring the order status.

Make sure you set it right. Put a printscreen with the settings and elaborate what you wanted to restrict
