Hello,
I am aware that KLEO 4.0 is now availiable. I’ve entered the information in my theme settings to automatically update the theme. However, it is not updating. Is there something I need to do to update the theme?
Thanks!
Jeff

I suggest you to try to upload the new theme files over the existing theme files
https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates -> scroll to Manual update by FTP.

That didn’t work. Now I get a 500 Error – http://www.travelcuckoo.com
However, I can login to the admin via http://www.travelcuckoo.com/sign-in
Only the user front end doesn’t work, but the back end admin works fine.
What should I do?
Thanks

After trying different things, I determined it was a memory limitation with my host. I had them increase the memory and have successfully updated the theme.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers!
