Kleo & Plugin updates

Hi for some reason kleo and visual composer is not showing updates automatically and i dont know why. Also i cannot mannually update visual composer. What needs to be done to fix these issues.

Hello, did you add your themeforest api and username? You can also update by ftp, just download the new theme file kleo.zip and unzip it at wp-content/themes .Visual composer update comes withe the new version of the theme

yes i have and for some reason its not doing it automatically. any ideas of why or do i just need to do this manually? and will doing it manually mess up my theme changes done through the child theme.

i also tried to install the file through the wordpress up-loader the install failed.

Hello, you can do it manually by ftp, just unzip the nez kleo.zip at wp-content/themes
dont upload child theme, that never needs to be updated
