KLEO Post Carousel links and arrows not working

When I use the post carousel on my homepage, it works when it is in a full length column, but when I split the column to 1 quarter to 3 quarters (with the carousel in the 3 quarters section) the arrows on either side don’t work and the links don’t work. I am aiming for it to look like this (image attached).

Any help?

That happens when you dont have enough posts to create a carousel (more than 3). Did you change the filters after moving to a 3/4 wide column?

I cant reproduce the issue, so if the above isnt true, then I’ll need access to your site to see what’s going on.

I have ten posts so it should work. When you say the filters, what exactly do you mean by that?
I didn’t edit anything that I know of.

In terms of access, I will have to ask the main admin. I will get back to you.

If I turn off maintenance mode for a period of time will you be able to see the problem?

If you do it now. I’m not sure how long I will be online. If you just respond privately with credentials then you dont have to worry about turning it off.

Also, have you updated to Kleo 4.0 yet?

Hi, okay which credentials would you need? My log in and password?

I have turned maintenance mode off now so you can look anyway, it is not yet redirected to the final web address so not too problematic: dev.globelics.org.

I haven’t been notified of any theme updates so I think it is the correct version. It was downloaded around 2 months ago.

Kleo 4.0 was released yesterday.

I will need admin credentials to be able to check the shortcode settings.

Upgrade Kleo to 4.0, being sure to also update required plugins. Once that’s done, I’ll have a look.
