Kleo preventing BuddyPress and bbPress load de_DE.mo and de_DE.po?

Hello, I have two questions:

1. Is it possible that the Kleo theme is preventing BuddyPress and bbPress to load de_DE.mo and de_DE.po files?

2. Is Kleo available in German?

As far as I can tell, there is no German language file in /Kleo/Languages so I’m assuming German is not supported.

But why are my German mo and po files not working for BuddyPress and bbPress? I tried to implement as per:

http://deckerweb.de/sprachdateien/buddypress/

http://deckerweb.de/sprachdateien/bbpress-forum/

But it’s not working.
