KLEO REGISTER LANDING PAGE not showing Signup form

I have installed the KLEO REGISTER LANDING PAGE but the signup form on the page is not showing, please reply fast

Hi,

Make sure that you are allowing users to signup on your website from wp-admin -> settings -> general -> check Anyone can register to the site.
