Kleo update- how can I see if latest auto-update was successful ?

I am have the auto-updater set up in my backend in wordpress. but i never see my wordpress updating, like loading the the theme updates,

Is there a way that I can see which current version is updated on my server ?

Shouldn’t the latest version show in the updater tab in the backend ?

Regarding the automatic updates you can see if your wordpress has latest version from here : http://kawaii.com/wp-admin/update-core.php

If you are reffering the theme you need to add api id https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo

Your themes are all up to date.

I can trust in that ? there is no version number of Kleo displayed.

Hi,

Going in your themes page, click on the main Kleo theme, no the child, and the version umber should appear in there. You can compare it with the one shown in the changelog from the themeforest page of the theme.

my installed theme says: 3.09

themeforest downloadable item says 3.1 available

but wordpress says all themes are up to date.
so my autoupdate is not working. what shall i do ?

Go in your themeforest account, re-generate the api key, and enter it under Theme Options > Theme Updates.

Hi Andrei,
I generated a new api-key and entered it in the theme update mask.
The key was accepted ( green tag), but no update download was triggered.
Kleo theme is still on 3.09

How can I start the download or is it supposed to start on its own ?

It seems the built in system doesn’t trigger, can you please try to install this plugin, add the key into it’s settings and let me know if worked ? https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/releases

We’ll be considering using this plugin in the future instead of the built in solution.

I did that and it upgraded to Kleo Version: 3.1.3

you are the best.
This plugin seems to work very nice, also the backup feature is cool.
(When I saw the option about SSL i was thinking that this might have been my problem not sure but I switched that off in the settings of the envato plugin and it worked !)

Glad, Envato is also preparing a new plugin for general use for all their marketplace items, so probably this will be even easier in the future.
