Kleo / Visual Composer Problem – Can’t Edit, snippet won’t open

Hi

I’ve recently started having a problem with the visual composer and editing snippets.

I can’t get them to open in any of the 3 browsers I routinely use on Mac – Safari, Chrome or Firefox.

I assumed that it was due to VC not having been updated – so I recently updated to 4.11.1 which seems to be the latest version you have packaged with the theme and still problems.

Please advise.

Hi please update K-elements and revolution slider from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins

I just tried deleting the plugin and re-installing in the same way as above (it was updated via FTP last time)

Still not working.

Please contact your hosting company and ask them to increase your php max memory

I cannot get VC to work either, it wont open… I can only edit a page in classic edit mode.

Did you mean you tried both the wp-config and php.ini methods and nether worked – so you removed them?

I contacted my hosting company and they suggested the method best is with a user.ini file as below:

So that’s installed and I’ve set to 128m . . . still can’t open any snippet in VC.
