I bought a KLEO wordpress theme. I can not activate the theme??

wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true.
I’m trying to activate a WordPress theme but all I got is a blank page, also the admin page goes blank.

I have change In wp-config.php file editor, the line:

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);

In define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);

Now, I try to access my WordPress dashboard, the error message with the corrupted php file is.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/logoacadem/domains/logoacademy.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo/kleo-framework/lib/class-multiple-sidebars.php. The problem is add_meta_boxes!

What now???

Hi,

That error it’s so odd. since i cannot get that, i recommend you to re-download the theme from themeforest.net and to upload it again.

If it’s the same please provide wp-admin and FTP credentials.

I have done everything, no result. New version downloaded again, no result. Domain removes and a new domain and database is created, my htaccess is cleaned up, no result. WordPress optimized and updated to version 4.9.8. no result.

Hi,

Tried to debug the issue, i had activate the theme and got 500 internal server error, please provide ftp access to can debug further.

Hi,

I have access but i cannot edit any file only to view, i need to edit files for debugging procedure.

It looks like you gave me access to the reseller panel not the logoacademy.nl account, anyway it would be better FTP or access to the panel that allow to edit files.

No, the new update KLEO solved my problemen. Now i have just to chanch my PHP Time limit to at least 180 in .htaccess. then i can start to make my website.
