“Latest Registered Members” Bubbles Not Functioning on Mobile

If a new user is viewing the home page on a mobile phone and tries to select the any of the “Latest Registered Members” none of the links function. This is on the home page directly under the members search. The profile pictures are bubbles and these links aren’t functioning.
