    Hello

    I’ve received the email from Envato Market to update Kleo 2.3 but I don’t see this update in my wordpress admin
    I use Kleo child theme … Do I have to switch to kleo theme to see the update ? or What should I do ?

    No, you dont need to switch. Do you have WP Admin – Theme Options – Theme Update settings filled out?

    Themeforest Username and Themeforest API KEY are indicated

    If you haven’t already, double check your settings on Theme Forest. Did you get a notification about the k-elements update? Someone else was having an issue and they contacted Theme Forest to resolve.     I see only the k element update 2.3 in my wordpress admin. Yesterday I’ve contacted by email Theme Forest… I’m waiting their response

    Hmmm. That’s strange. Just to verify, you do not see a notification that Kleo 2.3 is available when you go to WP Admin – Updates and/or WP Admin – Appearance – Themes? Sorry, have to ask. A lot of people are familiar with WP and how theme updates are displayed.

    You should try the manual upload by FTP if the automatic is causing you problems. See here https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates
