Layout crashed

It happened again. After I have done some modifications, the layout of the entire site has gone crazy.

This time I moved all the user profile fields to the “Base” tab and when I reloaded the page the layout was messed up. See attachment.

How do I get back?

It’s not the first time and I am beginning to think I have wasted my money.
