Licencing and Business Index

HI there. I am so disappointed as we bought this product last week and I sent through some questions on Thursday. Today is Sunday and not a word. Except an email to say the ticket had been issued and I should wait for a response before sending another one.  How many days should one wait when we have clients we are developing for and we promised that if they bought Kleo they would be happy?

I need the following answered:

We use the Herald Theme as our main theme – http://www.schoolcommunitysa.co.za and through this we will login to schools which we are using the Kleo product for.  The questions I had were as follows and they are very urgent as it affects our presentation to the client tomorrow.

1.  How does the licencing work. Each school has its own subdomain.  The subdomain will run Kleo. However, as there are thousands of schools and they are self funded for disadvantaged schools, do you have an extended licence that we use to cover the subdomains?  We haven’t got the money for $64 per school – R900 (which is hectic in our currency).  Please urgently advise so we can make a decision as we moved them from Oxwall and their plugins to reduce the price.

2.  Where can we get a tutorial on the Business Index as we are creating the business index to have parents advertising their businesses on each of the schools platforms and I am battling to get it right.  I just want a picture and a table where we can enter each business information easily and with the school basically doing it themselves. But if its too complicated they won’t do it. So when we looked at the live demo it looked easy enough.  But now that we are setting it up, its becoming really difficult and we created a template but the dropdown menu doesn’t show it.

I would appreciate a prompt response please
