Lightbox in Portolio Opens in New page

The lightbox functionality is opening the images in a new page. I have tried to debug and troubleshoot but have had no luck.

Hi,

Thanks for providing me with the login details, I have looked into the issue and found there is no option to set for opening images in a modal when using ‘Masonry Media Grid’ within WP Bakery. I will refer this ticket to a developer for review so they can look into adding that option for you. They’ll be in touch as soon as they can, Monday to Friday, East Europe Time.

There will be no service on the 25th and 31st for the holiday period so please be aware of some seasonal delay.

Hi,

I saw that, it seems that it opens in pop-up but immediately after you’re driven to direct link of the image, maybe a plugin causes that, try to de-activate plugins except visual composer and k-elements, also you can de-activate child theme to check.

If it’s the same try to update theme if it’s outdated.

Tried to make a fix for this but cannot make it work as it should i will add this to buglist and it will fixed in future updates.
