Limit Group Creation to only admin

Hi, I checked the various answers online on this topic, but none of it works for the theme here. The Groups/index.php file is quite different, and I don’t know where to change.

Buddypress has a setting for that. No need to edit files: Settings > Buddypress > Settings: Group creation.
