lines on menu background

i have a site which is liasian8.ca wherein my problem is about this two littl white lines at the back of my menus on forum and activities.please help.the first time i uploaded it on my site it was ok.then i deleted all my site content when i got problems then reinstalled it again including sweetdate then i can no longer remove this lines.i attached an image

Hi, that is an image placeholder which can be changed from Sweetdate menu either in Homepage, either in Styling options – header
