When I try to sent a link to a user. It first creates embed miniature and than disappears. Some links work, some not.
You have to try this on your own.
Try to sent this link: https://bimv.pl/sklep/korepetycje-inventor/ as a message to user test using admin account.
use this to create a message.

In first place let me know if this it’s still reproducible after you de-activate the child theme and rest of the plugins except buddypress.
