Link to Any Spot in a WordPress Post with Page Jumps (Bookmarks)

Hello I am trying to set up a link on a page using <a name=”contact”></a> as the target and #contact in the custom menu “WP Floating Menu Pro“. It was working at one point, but I cannot get the link to work. Any ideas?

Check their documentation or ask them, I cannot find the docs online public… maybe you will have to add directly
