Linking to Socail

Hi,

 

We link our website to social media a lot to promote our events but strangely there is a hashtag in our link preview and the hashtag is #IHRBham when it should be #IHBham but I can’t seem to find anything on our website that suggests it should be the first hashtag is there any way to change this?

 

Could someone please update me as soon as possible!
