After the latest theme update, the pop-up when you roll-over the Live Notifications link is no longer displaying. It still appears in Firefox on a Mac, but not in Safari or Chrome. The only change to my site was the recent Kleo theme update (no new plugins, etc). Can you please check and let me know what might be happening?

    Hey @storywize,

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with live notifications, could you please update this ticket with some admin credentials so I can take a look into this for you.

    Thanks very much,

    Kieran.

I’m on WordPress.com, so there’s no server-side access. Is there something specific that you intend to check on the backend? This isn’t something that can be diagnosed from the front end? If not, I may need to have WordPress.com support check what you’re wanting to know. Let me know! Thanks!

    Hi,

I wasn’t after server-side access just WP Admin access.

Could you please confirm to me the following

    – Versions for the following KLEO theme, K Elements, Visual Composer
    – When you disable all plugins the issue continues
    – When you disable caching the issue continues
    – PHP version

    Thanks,

    Kieran.

I’m running WordPress 4.8.1 with Kleo Theme version 4.2.9 running via the Child Theme.
    K Elements version – 4.2.6
    Visual Composer version – 5.2.1
Checking in With WordPress.com for PHP version
Caching is handled via WordPress.com (no ability to control it), no additional caching plugins have been loaded

Still doesn’t work with plugins disabled, but if I do a Live Preview of the site via the Parent theme, the rollover works fine, but not on the actual site which uses the Child Theme.

    Hey,

Can you please use https://hastebin.com/ and paste the contents of your KLEO Child theme’s functions.php and then share here.

    Thanks,

    Kieran.
