Loading mixed (insecure) content kleo/assets/img/bg-body.gif

Hi!  I am constantly having an issue with loading mixed (insecure) content on the theme options admin page https://доселе.рф/wp-admin/admin.php?page=kleo_options

In Mozilla Firefox Console I found that the insecure content link is http://доселе.рф/wp-content/themes/kleo/assets/img/bg-body.gif

I then found that the link is located in css file https://доселе.рф/wp-content/uploads/custom_styles/dynamic.css and tried to edit this file in order to replace http by https. But this didn’t work 🙁  The file has been re-generated again to contain the http link instead of https. Could you help me to resolve this issue please?
