logged in member page not appearing consistently between Chrome and IExplorer….

Hello,

Once I log into the my Kleo theme site, the member page’s elements ( Activity, Profile, Orders, Notifications, Messages, Friends, etc.) are not displaying properly in IExplorer.

Please see the attached document for illustration.

In addition, while how the logged in member page appear usable in Chrome, the issue is that not all of the components are showing. Specifically, I can see Activity, Profile, Orders, Notifications, Messages, Friends, and Groups, BUT, Forums, Articles, Media, Settings are contracted and are not showing. Is there a way I can have all of the components show at the same time?  So the logged in member wouldn’t have to click on the small circle icon to see all the information?
