On the homepage, if a user enters an invalid password the login hangs displaying the message “Sending info, please wait…”, similar to https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/problems-with-login-tabs#post-31714

Have you tried the disable all plugins that not comed with the theme ?
In WP-Admin -> Settings -> General
WordPress Address (URL) : http://simplestepsweightloss.com/subscribe/
Site Address (URL) : http://simplestepsweightloss.com/subscribe/Make sure that fields have identical addresses

Mark as a solutionI am having a similar issue where the KLEO login seems to hang (with the correct password). If I log in via the wp-login.php then log out, the KLEO menu login works as expected. I’m not yet certain how frequently this happens. I do have WP Super Cache installed – could that be an issue?
Seems that my issue is indeed connected to WP Super Cache. Why would anything interfere with a login? Seems like
the most basic WP function.Please refer this issue to any caching plugins that you might be using.
The ajax request shouldn’t be cached by any way, so if your caching plugin is doing this then please ask it’s author how to exclude this from the caching mechanism.Cheers
