    Hi guys,

I’m back with another issue I have to sort out. Hope you’ll be able to help.

When I click on “Log in” button, the login modal popup appears. But to my surprise I have realized, that there is no “Lost password” or “Forgot your username” button. I am not sure if I had this button there before or not so I checked your Demo, and the button is there. Please see attached images.

I have already deactivated all plugins ( except buddypress ) and also deleted all my css and functions.php codes to check, but nothing happened.

Could you please advise me what to do?

    Thanks a lot!

    Sure.

    Username: hotloverspassion
    Password: Sweetdate-theme#48

Site is still in maintenance mode, but if you wish, you can temporarily deactivate it and once you finish, please activate it again in “WP Maintenance Mode” plugin. That’s how I’ve been doing it 🙂

Thanks for looking into this issue 🙂

    Hi,

If you de-activate all plugins except buddypress and child theme you are able to see the lost password link?

If yes activate one by one plugins to identify what causes this

    Cheers

    Hi,
when I deactivated all plugins except buddypress, nothing happened. But when I deactivated child theme, it did a trick and the Lost password link appeared. I tried to delete my modified files from the child theme, but nothing changed so I uploaded them back. What else can I try?

Maybe a PHP code from functions.php from your child theme can cause this put on pastebin.com/ the content of the function file to can take a look at it

    Hi Radu,
I don’t think the functions.php is the issue as I have already tried to clear all my codes in there and it didn’t do anything. But if you want to have a look at it, you can find it here http://pastebin.com/f8UxpW8J
    Let me know.
    Thanks 🙂

Apparently, it’s ok functions.php file try to remove all codes and test live…

Check in child if you have this file in it : /wp-content/themes/sweetdate-child/page-parts/general-login-modal.php

If yes it means that this file it’s modified

    Hi Radu,
I sorted it out! Eventually! Ufff… The problem was with one of my code in style.css
Thanks again for your willingness to help and for your time. It’s very much appreciated!
    All the best.
